Pantry
An ongoing list of food items that I keep stocked in the pantry or fridge. I always seem to need them– especially olive oil. (Is there any (vegetarian) dish you wouldn’t need olive oil for)? Suddenly finding myself without one of them on hand would result in cook breakdown. Meal tragedy!

PANTRY
- olive oil
- vinegar (balsamic)
- onions
- garlic
- spices of all kinds (sea salt, pepper grinder, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, etc)
- soy sauce
- fresh-baked bread (baguettes, Italian loaves. I buy a couple for the week and store what I’m not going to use in the freezer).
- Red potatoes
- pasta
- beans (garbanzo, cannellini)
- canned tomatoes (dice, crushed)
FRIDGE
- half ‘n’ half
- whole milk
- eggs
- greens for a salad (like green leaf lettuce, spinach, arugula).
- broccoli
